The app asks me to select a file again
The source moved or its macOS permission expired. Follow the prompt to reselect that file or source folder.

Getting Started
- Create a project and choose Separate Performer Recordings or Live Multicam Performance.
- Add a final mix and recordings, or add the camera footage from the performance.
- Confirm each instrument or vocal role, then automatically synchronize every recording.
- Run One-Click Video Creation to build an editable first cut with scenes and transitions.
- Refine scenes, performers, layouts, and transitions, then export in 1080p or 4K.
Common Issues
No automatic scenes were created
Confirm that a final mix is selected and every recording is fully registered, then run automatic synchronization and one-click creation again.
A recording is out of sync
Check that its camera audio is audible and untrimmed. You can analyze that recording again or set a manual reference point.
Export did not finish
Check free storage and write access to the output folder. A failed export does not overwrite a previously completed file.
Contact Support
Include the app version, macOS version, the step where the issue occurred, and the visible error message. You do not need to send your source media.
